It was a "first" for both Leana and Image. Image may be bred to Burr Fox for a 2007, foal.

Black Jennet w/Light Points
Birth Height: 19.5"

Sire:  Big Woods Secret Code, Spotted

      Grand Dam:  Fisher's Justine, 32" Gray/White Spot

Dam:  TMD Thom-Ass Touch of Class, Brown
Grand Sire:  Z Mo Betta, 32" Dark Brown
Grand Dam:   TMD Honey Donk Girl, 33" Gray/White Spot

Dress Code's dam, Classy, was one of our show donkeys in 2003-04. Classy was always in the ribbons and has several Model Donkey awards to her credit. Classy is an absolute joy to have here on the farm. We expect DRESSY to follow in her dam's hoofprints. A classic little jennet who is small and super affectionate. Dressy has a beautiful short head, very straight legs both front and rear. She appears to have a terrific topline, which is a characteristic of her sire, Big Woods Secret Code, and her grandsire, NMDA National Champion, Motown's Secret. With so much dark color and dark spots in her pedigree, Dressy should have no problem repeating it in her foals. Dressy may be for sale after weaning at about six months of age.

Her first foal, by Sunset Acres Rowdy Yates, was a sharp little jack who was pinned 2003 Grand Champion Jack at the Dixie Classic Mule and Donkey show and Reserve Champion Jack at the Virginia State Fair. Year 2004's foal by Circle C Corona is a light red jennet with a lot of promise. Look for "24 Karat" in the show ringl!

Big Woods Corona Gold

Big Woods Corona Extra aka "Tucker"

Red (Sorrel) Jack
Foaled May 9, 2005

Sire:  Circle C Corona, 33" Red (Sorrel)
Grand Sire:  SS Red Lightening, 32" Red
Grand Dam:  NLC Diamond Flush, 32.5" Light Red/Rose Dun

Dam:  Big Woods LN Miss Berri, 31" Dark Red (Sorrel)
Grand Sire:  LN Red Sonfire, 31.5" Dark Red (Sorrel)
Grand Dam:  LN Cranberry, 32.5" Red (Sorrel)

He had it all from the moment he stood. A small, well proportioned jack with a spectacular head that's short and blocky, much like his sire, Circle C. Corona. Tucker is short coupled with fullness to his rear and excellent balance. At only a day old you could see the tremendous width in his chest, a very desirable trait in a herd sire and show donkey.

This breeding is a result of some of the finest sorrel bloodlines in North American and Canada. He is sure to turn many heads in the years to come.

Dandy is a very stocky heavy boned jack with personality plus! We believe he will make an outstanding performance donkey. He should have the size and strength to pull in any type footing. If you are looking for a sweet pet personality on a performance donkey or a companion for another donkey or horse, then Dandy is your gelding. Dandy has nice balance, straight legs, wide chest, nice straight teeth and an even bite.

His sire and Grandsire are both NMDA High Point Performance Champions. Willy B's rich black color and conformation is a bonus.
